is at the heart of what we do. We don't offer generic programming or off the shelf solutions. We take the time to actively listen to you and help you identify your goals. In fitness we often see generic programming or quick fixes. We don't offer that. We offer exceptional service that listen to you and what you would like to achieve. We have over 20 years industry experience and qualifications from level 3 PT all the way up to degree level education. We pride ourselves on continuing our education and attending courses regularly, to ensure we offer evidence based advice. Our qualifications include cardiac rehabilitation, lower back pain, pre and post natal as well as industry leading qualifications in mobility, such as TRX and stick mobility.

We start with a no obligation consultation to ensure we are a good fit for you and we are the best trainers to help. Once we have gone through the consultation and agreed upon your goals, we then work hard on developing your programming, we know that things change, so we are always ready to adapt training as and when required. 

It's important to know that not all PT is equal and we are not here to offer the hardest sessions known to man. We are here to work with you to hit your goals and beyond. We will work hard, but always to a goal and not to just see how hard we can work someone.
